  • John is working with world class leaders, energy pioneers, and energy practitioners from around the world to help demystify, understand, and provide a blueprint to leaders (individuals), teams, and organizations for “what” and “who” to evolve and transcend to think, do, and lead, as a Transcendent Leader (Intuitive Transformational Leader), from a higher level of consciousness / intelligence
  • John was the 1st person in the United States (US), and along with some of the members of the Intelligence Catalyst at this time are the ONLY individuals in the United States (US), certified to Teach DASA’s most highest certification credential, DASA DevOps Leader
    • John listed as one of the DevOps Masters
    • DASA is Europe’s leading standards organization in Agile & DevOps, what would be considered equivalent to DevOps Institute here in the US
      • What separate’s DASA from DevOps Institute is one word… “Culture.”  DASA’s foundation is built upon “culture”,  and in my opinion, is the best in the world when it comes to establishing standards and knowledge around culture change

  • Modernizing People, Process & Tools:  Leads the evolution or transformation of culture, mindset, people, process (flow) and tool change initiatives both “strategically” and “tactically” for transforming by optimizing and modernizing people and their organizations to best flow value to their customer.  Is hands-on with Senior Level Leaders to hands-on talent in the trenches, mentoring, training, coaching, facilitating, and leading by example how to:
    • evolve from PROJECT “cost-based” to PRODUCT “value-based” thinking and doing
    • evolve from STATIC (traditional, waterfall) to DYNAMIC (Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps) ways of thinking and doing
    • work with tools teams integrating a mixed full stack of COTs and proprietary applications across various global development teams
    • use over 40 different frameworks/processes like Kotter’s 8 steps, and visual methods/tools like Value Stream and Value Stream Mapping to use vision to define, communicate, develop, implement and sustain CI/CD (Continuous Integration Continuous Development) pipelines flowing value to the customer
    • create transformation and modernization plan(s) and execute the implementation of going to market with a new product, platform, or service
  • IoT (Internet of Things):   Was part of the management/leadership team developing and deploying IoT (Internet of Things) technology between AWS, Philips and other vendors, revolutionizing healthcare and other industries announced by executives at 2017 re:Invent.
  • MIaaS (Managed Infrastructure as a Service):    Was part of the AWS and Philips management/leadership team to define and develop core service requirements, and how enterprise organizations implement or migrate their global enterprise onto AWS Managed Services, also known as Sentinel, in time for soft launch and GA (General Announcement) at 2016 re:Invent
  • Defined and authored SaaS “rapid deployment” strategy leveraging automation technologies.  Co-author of the confidential white paper, on how to create, implement and operate a global delivery platform which continues to sustain and scale a $6.2B line of business
  • Handpicked by a Captain to help lead a 22M global program under congressional review to become an international standard for secure global data distribution system
  • Has brought to market; leading the development, deployment, operationalizing and enabling sales of/for 100’s of industry leading technologies, products and services.
  • Managed development, deployment and implementation of global Cloud infrastructure solutions and services rated by Gartner as #2 in industry, one of only two companies in the magic quadrant
  • Has been and continues to be the brain child, working with decision makers on creating, defining, gaining buy-in and executing the underlying Transition and Transformation plans/strategies to support investment and acquisition plans/strategies.  The result is and continues to be successful and profitable IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions
